The kitchen alone will steal your country heart with its shiplap island, subway tile backsplash, galvanized metal pendant lights, glass-doored cabinets and the barn door to a walk-in pantry. You’ll also love how the darker wood of the ceiling beams in the living room matches the paneled accent walls and trim in every room of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Modular Home 2856-1
Clayton has leveraged decades in the home building industry, along with innovative, efficient building practices to provide home buyers with quality, affordable housing options. Each one of Clayton’s prefabricated homes is built inside a home building facility, away from the damage and delays that can be caused by rain and seasonal weather. Offsite building efficiencies, production line like assembly and material recycling also aid in reducing the waste and cost of construction.
The Ingram balances that down-to-earth feel with hints of refinement. The marble-style countertops in the kitchen have streaks of earth tones in them, and the apron sink is stainless steel. And the subway tile backsplash is a pastel blue, complementing the all-white cabinets. The home’s floors have a weathered look, but there is crown molding throughout.
Trained craftsmen work together every step of the home building process to make sure we construct homes strong enough to last a lifetime. Start shopping now or find a home center in your area to learn more about Clayton Built® home options.
The Bluebonnet Breeze is our last boho farmhouse model and wraps up our list. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living spaces and a flex space. The natural wood elements, neutral walls and weathered-style flooring lend well to both boho and farmhouse, while elements of both stand out. The sage green island with wire cage pendant lights in the kitchen is decidedly more boho, but the built-in chalkboard and hutch along with subway tiles is more in the farmhouse camp. Contemporary style homes feel refreshing and updated, and the Mountain RD 5630-MS045 Sect home model is no exception. You’ll find sleek design features throughout the home, from the white kitchen to the beautiful, oversized shower tiles.
